Philosophy of Operation

1. DECENTRALIZATION
           * Bring the training to the workplace rather than concentrating it in large training.
           * Objectives:
                 * Savings of travel and subsistence for trainees and the horses of the students.
                 * Use of facilities and other resources already existing in Poles (Equestrian Center independent) throughout the national territory, and return the same resources used for rental, rather than immobilizing capital with consequent risks.

2. Splitting
           * Perform on the Poles in short periods intensive training with horses of instruction, (owned by the Poles), intervals for longer periods of practice (work from home) at work with the horses of the students.
           * Objectives:
                 A significante shortening of periods of removal of the trainnes from their places of work
                 Making better use the resources of the Poles
                 Reduce substantially the costs of resources used
                 Cheaper the fees and allow students to continue their business.
