1. Request for a Course

     * Directed the Board for ENE:

           * Directly by the market demand
           * Required by the Portuguese Equestrian Federation
           * By promoting ENE under the Plan for the year

2. Triggering of Action

     * Meeting with the Equitador-Chefe to:
           Definition of content (possible intervention of CSP)
           Definition and agreement with the Center to use
           Appointment of the Coordinator of the course and team of trainers, with adjustment of dates
           Selection of Judges

     * Secretary of Labor

           * Announcement and publication of the Action
           * Collection of subscriptions and fees
           * Preparation of documents

     * Preparation Logistics

           * Contact with the Center appointed
           * Preparation of facilities and other educational material
